The Blushing Details realizes that the wedding day is your big day. Some couples, however, wish to plan their own special day but would like to hire a professional to manage the final details to ensure their vision is executed smoothly. You decide what themes and vendors to use, and you design your dream wedding. Your coordinator(s) will step in a few weeks before your wedding to finalize all plans, payments, schedules, deliverables and whatever else is needed to make sure your wedding plans are complete and ready to go. We will run your rehearsal and be on-site the day of your wedding to oversee all of the logistics and ensure that your vendor team is in place and functioning as planned.

Partial Planning (Design + Wedding Day Management)

With Partial Wedding Planning, we assist you in navigating important aspects of your wedding, etiquette advisement, along with requesting assistance in selecting vendors. We will meet with you to familiarize ourselves with your vision and make your wedding day an amazing reality. This package is for the couple who has planned the majority of the wedding already and booked some of their vendors. You are just seeking some professional assistance to put it all together. It includes Basic Design & Styling as well as Wedding Day Management.

Full Planning (Design + Wedding Day Management)

With Full Service Planning, the couple will be able to relax while we take over and provide professional guidance with the whole planning process. We will handle every little detail up to and including supervising all vendor meetings, site visits and tastings. As much as you need us, we are there for you. Simply give us your budget, priorities and wish list(s) and we’ll design the most stunning wedding unique to you. This package includes Day Management, Basic Design & Styling, researching for the venue, reviewing contracts, budgets, payment trackers and customizing your vendor list to fit your aesthetic. We will work hand-in-hand to manage and organize every detail to ensure that you enjoy the months leading up to your big day.

This collection includes researching venue for destination wedding, hotel blocks & accommodations for your guests, assistance with rehearsal dinner, facilitating out-of-town guests with weekend e-schedule.
